Warning on Ads and youtube video watching earning: The Latest Online Earning Scams You Need to Avoid in 2024!

The internet world is rich of opportunity, but it also contains several traps. As the popularity of earning money online grows, fraudsters' strategies for deceiving people get more innovative. In 2024, two new frauds appeared that target people who want to make money by viewing commercials or working online. These frauds involve the websites Uplandsoftware.com and Vidoxview.biz, which have duped unwary consumers into losing their hard-earned money.

In this post, we will look at how these scams operate, why they are so hazardous, and how you may avoid being a victim. If you've ever wondered, "Is Uplandsoftware.com a scam?" or "How does Vidoxview.biz scam people?" then this post is for you.

How does the Uplandsoftware.com scam work?

The Uplandsoftware.com scam begins with an innocent WhatsApp message advertising a lucrative online job with a daily pay ranging from $600 to $1,200. Doesn't this seem too wonderful to be true? That's because it is. The scheme includes multiple steps:

  1. The First Contact: You receive a message suggesting there is an online employment opportunity with an abnormally high income. The sender frequently states that they acquired your phone number from an employment agency or an internet job site.
  2. Fake Recruiter Introduction: You are presented to a so-called recruiter, who frequently uses a phone number from the United Kingdom. This recruiter claims to represent a reputable firm and will walk you through the registration procedure at Uplandsoftware.com.
  3. The Training Course Trap: Before starting the work, you are informed you must complete a "training course" on Uplandsoftware.com. To participate, you must pay a $60 USDT charge. This charge is only the start of the fraud.
  4. The pay Scam: After finishing the phony training, you are told that you must pay $100 USDT to activate your account and begin earning. The fraudsters argue that the money is required to prove your commitment to the project.
  5. Withdrawal Trap: When you start the so-called employment, you are requested to withdraw three times your commission. However, each withdrawal attempt results in delays, hidden fees, or requests for further payments. Finally, you never receive a penny of your money.

***My actual story:  I received message of one girl, she said she is from Indeed and want to offer me an part time job with salary paid $50-200/h when I was ok she connected me with other boy, this boy gave me some information job ( see picture) then sending me link for sign up and took part training course and what make me more suspect that this guy changed his phone number with reason that the old phone's battery was run out, after training course I received USDT 60 to my wallet but starting job is so funny that they asked me deposit USDT 100 to start with the promise that will return money right away after I finished one day with 3 times withdraw commission and will receive salary after 5 days, I make me questioned then check some information and saw some post in Reddit with same my matter and they said they loss even 240k, other lost 10k/day with this website!

These are some of messages that I received, there are 2 persons with 3 numbers

Vidoxview.biz Scam Explained

Vidoxview.biz is another website that runs a similar fraud. This website entices visitors by promising fast money in exchange for watching youtube video and referral task. Here's how this scam normally plays out:

  1. Exciting advertisements and promises: Vidoxview.biz promotes itself as a simple method to earn money by viewing videos online. The company boasts that you may make hundreds of dollars every day simply by clicking on youtube video for a few hours.
  2. Registration and Initial Investment: After signing up, you will be requested to make an initial investment to "unlock" brozen account in order to withdraw money. The more you invest, the more you are expected to earn with silver account, gold account and each account you will receive different reward/ minute ( see attached picture).
  3. Fake Earnings Display: After making the deposit, you see your account balance growing rapidly. However, when you try to withdraw your earnings, the platform suddenly introduces withdrawal conditions, additional fees, or claims there’s a technical issue.
  4. Disappearing Act: Eventually, the website either blocks your account or disappears altogether, leaving you with nothing but lost time and money.

Note: I did not make any deposit to buy Brozen account but I check these information on youtube and trustpilot

You must pay to update account for getting more Reward and Withdrawn money

How to recognize these Online Scams in 2024

If you’re wondering “How do I recognize an online job scam?”, here are some warning signs that should raise red flags:

  • Too Good to Be True Offers: High-paying jobs or earnings that seem too good to be true usually are. Scammers know that people are drawn to big numbers, so they use them as bait.
  • Upfront Payments: Legitimate jobs or earning opportunities do not require you to pay upfront fees or deposits. If you’re asked to pay money before starting work, it’s almost always a scam.
  • Unverified Websites: Scammers often use poorly designed websites with fake testimonials and suspicious contact details. Always verify a platform’s legitimacy by searching for reviews or complaints.
  • Fake Recruiters and Unprofessional Communication: Be cautious if you receive job offers from unknown recruiters on WhatsApp or Telegram. Scammers often use vague job descriptions and avoid giving clear company details.

A Case Study of the Uplandsoftware.com and Vidoxview.biz Scams.

Imagine being solicited on WhatsApp with a job offer for $1,000 per day. You are then routed to Uplandsoftware.com, where a recruiter persuades you to pay for a training program. After paying the cost, you will be requested for a deposit to begin earning. When you try to withdraw your profits, you are confronted with roadblocks and requests for further funds. Similarly, Vidoxview.biz entices you to invest by offering large rewards on watching films, only to disappear when you try to cash out. These are classic examples of fraudsters capitalizing on people's desire to make quick money.

Protecting Yourself from Online Earning Scams in 2024.

Here are some ways to prevent falling prey to these scams:

Conduct thorough research before signing up for any online job or earning platform. Look for reviews, complaints, and testimonials. Check out networks like Trustpilot and Reddit for customer feedback.

  • Avoid Upfront Payments: Legitimate online income possibilities do not need deposits, training fees, or other upfront expenses.
  • Verify the Recruiter: If approached by a recruiter, get official papers, company information, and look up their credentials online.
  • Trust Your Instincts: If anything feels odd, go with your instincts. Scammers use haste and pressure techniques to lure victims into making fast judgments.

Websites like Uplandsoftware.com and Vidoxview.biz are prime examples of how scammers evolve their tactics to trick even the savviest internet users.
